By the term heifer we characterize the young female calf aged up to 8 to 12 months. Heifer’s meat, due to the content of intramuscular fat compared to males, is superior in tenderness and deliciousness. In our store you can find Greek heifer from selected farms in central Greece, Greek-bred "Aroma" heifer with enhanced omega-3 fatty acids from Koutsioftis Farm as well as Limousine breed heifers from Spain. Our central store in Vrilissia offers a variety of special cuts from our premium Iberian Heifer, ideal for barbecue.
